Dilip Soman is Senior Engineering Improvement Manager and Enterprise Agilist from the Agile & Continuous Improvement Team. He has been with Red Hat for nine years. Through his initial work with the PnT DevOps organization, he has broad exposure across products teams and business functions and has implemented systems to improve stakeholder engagement to solve business problems. As a member of the ACI Training Pillar, Dilip helps to deliver training classes which are relatable and relevant based on real world experience from his Red Hat and prior roles leading software development functions.
